Meet The Team
Kirsty Hillier
Kirsty is a Qualified Athletics Coach and Level 3 Triathlon Coach with a background in Triathlon and Endurance Running. She has been coaching since 2003 and has developed her coaching skills through various avenues from Club Coaching, Age Group Coaching and through her current role at British Triathlon with the Paratriathlon Performance squad.
Gemma Hillier-Moses
Dave Sheldon
Dave is a Loughborough University graduate who boasts a first-class honours degree in Sport & Exercise Science, as well as an MSc in Exercise Physiology. With a passion for physiology, sport and exercise, he brings a lot of experience to his coaching having worked with elite athletes across a range of sports. Completing a 2-year MSc placement allowed him to work closely with runners, cyclists and triathletes, both in the lab and out ‘in the field’
Lewis Moses
Former International Athlete, UKA Accredited Coach and Founder of New Levels Coaching. In 2012 Lewis won the British Indoor 1500m Title and booked his place on the GB&NI Athletics Team for the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Istanbul, Turkey. He boasts PB’s of 3.41 -1500m, 7.55 – 3000m and 13.47 – 5000m. After a very successful running career, Lewis has now turned his attention to coaching, where he inspires athletes to find their own running potential.
